Licensed and Insured for Tampa Tree Service

Anyone can get a license to trim and cut down trees in Tampa and Hillsborough County, but a company needs much more than that to safely insure that the job isn’t disastrous for parties involved.  A non-insured person working in your yard could wreak havoc on your financial future if they cause damage to you or your neighbor’s house.   A worst case scenario would be the serviceman without workman’s compensation injuring himself and holding you responsible.

General Liability

A tree service company should have at least $1,000,000 of general liability insurance.  All State Tree Service carries $1M/$2M in insurance to provide our customer and servicemen the security needed for a professional situation.

Workman’s Compensation

Most tree services cannot even get workman’s compensation at this time.   All State has been in business for over twenty years and has a proven track record of safety that makes us acceptable clients for our workman’s compensation insurance company.  While some tree service companies may have general liability insurance for property damages, workman’s compensation is necessary to cover all parties in case of an injury to the worker.

Cutting down trees is potentially a very dangerous endeavor.  An uninsured tree service company can turn a simple tree trimming or removing into a financially devastating event.

All of our insurance documentation is available upon request so please do not hesitate to ask.
